Reservation / Cancellation Policy

Reservation Confirmation – 

Upon making a reservation, a deposit by e-transfer or a valid Visa or Mastercard is required to finalize the confirmation. The deposit is $200 for a 2 bedroom cottage, $300 for 3+ bedroom cottage. For multiple bookings, a deposit is required for each cottage. If you do need to cancel your reservation with us, we kindly ask that you forward your request in writing by email to info@parkviewfarms.com.

Cancellation Policy –

• Cancellations received 30 days prior to the arrival date – deposits will be returned in full minus a $20.00 credit card processing fee.
• Cancellations received 15-30 days prior to your arrival date – 50% of the deposit will be refunded minus a $20.00 credit card processing fee.
• Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total deposit is non-refundable.
• Shortened Stay -no refunds will be offered if you leave before your scheduled departure date.
• No Show – Full rental charge will be applied.

Advance Reservations –

Parkview Farms Cottages will take advance reservations one year to the date of the following year. We will reconfirm with you by email in January of your travel year to Parkview Cottages and request your deposit for your reservation. At that time, your deposit will be $200 for a 2 bedroom cottage or $300 for a 3+ bedroom cottage to confirm your reservation for the upcoming season.

Securing your reservation with e transfer or a credit card means you accept the terms of our Reservation / Cancellation Policy. 

*Failure to cancel the reservation may result in the balance of the stay being charged if the cottage remains vacant for the period being held for you.*

Information for Pet Owners 
We understand that your dogs are an important part of your family, just as ours are to us. We welcome your well-mannered pets and ask that you kindly adhere to the following pet-friendly guidelines:
Fees and Limits:

• A charge of $15.00 per day, per pet will be added for the additional cleaning fee.
• There is a limit of 2 pets per cottage.
• Please inform the office prior to your stay if you plan to bring a pet.
• There is no charge for service dogs.

On Our Grounds and In the Cottages:

• Pets must be kept leashed at all times while on the grounds, including our extended outdoor areas.
• Please clean up after your pet.
• Pets may not be left unattended in the cottage unless they are securely kept in a kennel.
• To ensure the comfort of all our guests, excessive noise, such as frequent barking, is not permitted.

Important Notes:

• Pets are strictly prohibited on the beach, as this is a policy of the PEI National Park.
• Guests are responsible for the repair or replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet.

• 5 night minimum stay
• Rates do not apply to Cavendish Beach Music Festival and SOMO Festival (Contact to book)

Our 2026 rates are seasonal, ranging from $289.00 in the early/late season up to $399.00 during peak season.
